Installation, inspection and factory testing
This section includes all the activities of the company, including: testing, adjusting and installing all the panels, providing equipment and accessories. Wiring and cabling will be done both in the installation and implementation stage and according to the design details and it is also done by considering easy accessibility to optimize activities.
Factory Test (FAT)
FAT test should be done in the manufacturing company with all hardware and software components.
Testing and review procedures must prove the correctness of hardware and software performance as well as their compliance with the desired features.
For completion, the report of all internal tests and reviews must be made available to the inspector.
The tests and checks that must be done in the FAT test are as follows:
Checking the mechanical features and dimensions, checking the features and technical number of parts and modules and the quantity of all components according to the approved contract.
On-Site Test (SAT)
In this section, commissioning activities are considered to reach the process to the standards of a suitable and safe process.
In this section, the electrical loop test is the first priority.
